Some days you get it . . . some days you don’t.
This was one of those “not getting it” days for the Chicago area. So many people were looking forward to the solar eclipse. The clouds had a mind of their own, however. They eclipsed the eclipse.
Oh, sure, from time to time you could see the sun through the clouds and get an idea of what the eclipse looked like. But we sure didn’t have a clear view of it.
We won’t have to wait as long for a return, though. The next solar eclipse that we will be able to view will be in seven years.
You might not be able to get the eclipse; so, for a consolation, how’s about getting a little Mick Jagger? 🙂
