“I Don’t Want To Go Home”

Every year, I come to this point.  The last day of vacation.  And, I say to myself — okay, I say to anyone who will listen — “I don’t want to go home.”

The weather may not have been perfect.  As a matter of fact, the weather was not very good.  This would probably rank as the fifth worse year I’ve had down here in terms of weather.  However, it was away from the hustle and bustle of home and, therefore, was vacation.

Tomorrow, I have to return  to all of that, as well as the lousy weather that is taking place back home.  I see that they are under a winter weather advisory again tonight into tomorrow.  When we are approaching Chicago, it is supposed to get very windy.  That’s going to create a bumpy ride.

I don’t want to go home  because I am not ready for vacation to end.  I don’t want to go home and face the many things that are happening there.  I don’t want to go home because it will be another year before I see some of my good friends down here.  But, home it is.  I think if I tell Disney I don’t want to go home, they will simply call security and boot me out. 🙂

So, for better or worse, tomorrow, Munster, here I come!
