Today is the beginning of the season of Lent. It is a penitential season and we begin it, on Ash Wednesday, by observing fast and abstinence as well as by coming to Mass and having the ashes imposed on our foreheads as we hear the admonition, “Remember that you are dust and to dust you shall return.”
Masses at the parish are at 6:30 and 9:00 a.m. as well as 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. I pray that you may have a prayerful Lenten journey to Easter!
