Thank You, Lord!

We were really worried this morning as Munster Monsoon hit.  It was raining, raining, raining all morning and into the afternoon.  We were watching the forecast, the radar, and praying.

Eventually, it looked like we were going to be okay.  The weather called for rain to end at 4:30 p.m. and begin again at Midnight.

The rain ended at 3:30 p.m. and held until a slight drizzle for three minutes at 9:30 p.m.  I left the festival at 9:50 p.m. and came back to the hotel for the night since I have to get up for the 8:30 a.m. Mass tomorrow morning.  Now, the forecast calls for rain to begin at 4:30 a.m. instead of Midnight.

Except for chances of rain around 9:00 p.m. tomorrow evening, the day looks clear after Noon.  Fingers crossed tight.

About six of our food vendors decided not to come tonight.  It’s sad because they missed out.  The weather held and, since it was cool, was perfect eating weather.  The vendors who showed did a better business tonight than last night because some vendors were not there.

From what was supposed to be rain all day, we lucked out.  Scratch that.  We were blessed!  Thank you, Lord!!!

Please give us a good evening tomorrow.
