Today was a “first” for our school. It held its first annual golf classic. Over seventy people gathered together to golf throughout the day and even more came out at the end of the day for a dinner. This was all at Briar Ridge Country Club.
Thank you to the many people who gathered together over the past few months to put this event together and to bring it to such a successful — and fun — conclusion. At the dinner, it was mentioned how this was a last-minute suggestion; yet, once suggested, it gathered momentum quickly.
Just goes to show what happens when people put their heads together and work together! Again, thank you, one and all, for a great day. And, by the way, the dinner was quite fantastic as well. The ribs? “To die for!” 🙂
