Magic Kingdom Day

This morning, I began my day at the Magic Kingdom.  It is still decorated for Christmas.  The decorations will be coming down very soon.

I have never been this close to the castle with no one around.  The park had people in it; but, it was not crazy-crowded as it sometimes can become.

Here’s a selfie of yours truly

Followed by one taken by one of the park photographers using my phone camera

The first thing I went on was the Liberty Steam Paddle Boat.  It was a blast!

From there, I went to the Haunted Mansion.  The hearse is in front.

After the Haunted Mansion, I went to Ariel’s Grotto.  Scuttle had lots of stuff.

After the grotto, I went to the Pirates of the Caribbean.  Dead men tell no tales.

All that walking around makes a person thirsty.  Additionally, I always give a good-natured jibe to a friend regarding the purchase of a Dole Whip. 🙂

In the evening, we went to dinner at the Biergarten in the German Pavilion at EPCOT.  Their food is always authentic and wonderful and the beer (if you’re a beer drinker) is even better than the food.

I have absolutely no plans for tomorrow, no fast passes for any parks.  I will go wherever I feel, though I have to admit I’m inclined to walk over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and see what they have been doing there.  My pictures tomorrow might be more of the construction than anything else.

For now, I’m bushed and am going to hop into bed.  G’night, all.
