Chilly Day

Today began around 45 degrees.  It finally heated up to 56 degrees!  But, as I have been saying, even a cold day on vacation is better than a perfect day at work.  🙂

Today, I went to Disney’s Hollywood Studios as I indicated last night I probably would do.  I wanted to see what was going on around there.  I did some of my favorite shows and exhibits.  I’m a sucker for anything to do with the Little Mermaid as well as MuppetVision 3D.

When I got to the park, I was happy to see one of my favorite topiaries gracing the entrance.  I really like Sorcerer Mickey.

I also got a kick out of seeing Donald Duck by the Chicago and Orlando signs.

My favorite, though, had to have been the theming of Toy Story Land.  When you go to the new area, the first things that strikes you is the color.  Lots and lots of color.  They did a great job!

Tonight, we ate at Le Cellier in the Canada Pavilion at EPCOT.  The meal was just wonderful and set us back a pretty penny as well.  But, it was oh, so good and we are on vacation so who cares?  Pamper now, frugal when we go home.  That’s the vacation rule for almost everyone, isn’t it?

Tomorrow?  I have no idea what I am going to do.  Part of me wants to return to the Animal Kingdom, another part of me wants to go to EPCOT, and yet another part wants to go to Disney Springs.  If it is as cold as it is supposed to get, I think Disney Springs just might win.  I might go to see a movie in a nice, warm theater.  I’ll let you know tomorrow night what transpires.
