One of the things that I have found incredibly boring over the years has been the safety announcements made by flight attendants pre-flight. I know that the information is important but, after hearing it so many times, it can become so routine that it gets ignored.
But, should we ignore safety? I think not. Neither does Southwest Airlines. They regularly allow their flight attendants to do virtually anything in order to be heard. The announcements are often quite hilarious but, you know what, the intent and message certainly get across.
Kudos to Southwest Airlines and kudos to this flight attendant for his hilarity!
