We had Bishop Hying at our parish this morning confirming our eighth graders. It was a wonderful Mass and, I hope, the students go a lot out of the bishop’s words. Many of them seemed impressed that he would take the time to speak with them as they were confirmed.
After Mass, the bishop remained for pictures. Immediately after the pictures, our staff invited him to our conference room for lunch catered in from Dante’s House of Pizza. They are the ones from whom I get the lunch every year and they always do a great job for us!
