The forecast for this week is still real iffy. There are projections for rain and thunderstorms; but, there are also sun icons showing on certain days on the weather map. Making me even more queasy.
Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny and mid-70’s. Won’t help us any as the festival does not start until rainy Wednesday. However, it will definitely help the carnival people since they are scheduled to put up all the rides tomorrow. At least they will have good weather for that.
Friday is showing as a sunny day right now. If we can push off some of the rains or have them be morning/daytime rains, the festival still stands a chance. All we can do is wait and hope.
