Today was another really busy day. When I got back to the parish in the afternoon, I headed to the office to get a few other things done such as putting our Sunday bulletin on our web page, et cetera.
When finished with those tasks, I headed to the house and met Fr. Declan coming in. He is on a day off today and he said that he’s been running around so much that he decided tonight was going to be a night to do nothing. He was going to lounge around.
You know what? He won me over instantly.
I’ve gone to my room and have decided to do exactly the same thing. Lounge. Or, in my words, veg. I’m really, really done with the week. Too bad I have more days to go. 🙂
