Day Two Of Forty Hours

This evening was the second day of our annual Forty Hours.  This year, I invited three seminarians to give talks, one each evening.  Last night, Deacon Jacob McDaniel gave the opening talk.  He also presided at the Benediction and did so tonight and will do so tomorrow.

This evening, Zach Glick gave a presentation.  Tomorrow, Steven Caraher will do the final presentation.  The two talks thus far have been fantastic and many of those attending have told me that they were quite moved.  If you have the opportunity, swing by tomorrow to listen to Steven as well as to join in the final evening which includes a Eucharistic Procession around the inside of the church.

Kindly pray for those who are discerning a vocation to the priesthood or religious life.
