I’m Being Watched

One of the things that I still forget about being a public person is that I’m always in someone’s eye.  They see everything.

This morning, I received texts, emails, Facebook messages, and even a phone call asking me if I was all right.  Why?  Because I was not seen on the live-streamed 8:30 a.m. Mass.

When contacted, I responded that I was at Mass this morning.  However, the Mass I celebrated was the 6:30 a.m. Mass.  This morning was the day that we resumed our regular weekday Mass schedule so each day the 6:30 a.m. Mass returns.  Fr. Declan and I will no longer be concelebrating the weekday Masses because we each have one to do.  So, now, I will be on the live-stream on Tuesdays and Fridays as I will have the 6:30 a.m. on the other days.

So, if you don’t see me online, don’t think something happened.  Just think that I had the other Mass that day.  But, thanks for the concern.  I certainly felt the love this morning.
