I got online to write my blog for tonight and was trying to decide what I was going to write. When the blog came up, I noticed that yesterday’s tribute to Memorial Day was not there. I scanned my archive and did not find it anywhere.
I thought to myself, “Self. Did you screw up and put it in the wrong place?” With that, I checked my Daily Reflections website. Sure enough, I put last night’s blog post on Daily Reflections rather than on My Daily Musing. So, I copied the data, put last night’s in the proper place, and deleted the post from the reflections blog.
This pandemic is causing me to lose my mind. 🙂
This morning, I had the last all-school Mass for the school year. If was sad that it had to be live-streamed. I’m wondering if we will be allowed to have an all-school Mass next school year because of the number of students we would need to put in our church space. For that matter, I’m still wondering if we will be able to begin school this fall in our building. We are waiting for direction from our governor and he was very clear that he will not say anything until after July 4th. That is when the state is supposed to open up to stage five of his five stage plan.
All this uncertainty is really stressful for all concerned. I’m hoping that we will be able to get back to business soon but, at the same time, I’m just like everyone else: worried and waiting.
In the meantime, stay safe, my friends, and stay healthy!
