This morning was incredibly busy for me. I had the 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. Masses (Fr. Declan is out of town this week) and then a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass. Immediately after the funeral, I had to rush to my cardiologist for an 11:00 a.m. appointment. The pandemic has changed the wait time. Usually I wait at least an hour to be seen. Today was only a half hour wait. Oh, joy.
Blood pressure was 122/66 and everything was fine. He told me he’d like me to lose some weight. He’d probably like to win the lottery as well. I wonder which will happen first. 🙂
He scheduled me for an echocardiogram in October and a return visit in November.
Friday, I meet with my internist. I think that will be a good meeting as all my lab work looked really good last week.
I’ll keep you posted.
