Today ends “regular” Advent days. Tomorrow begins what we call Late Advent Weekdays. They are associated with the “O Antiphons”. You are more familiar with them than you think. The O Antiphons are incorporated in the song, O Come, O Come, Emmanuel.
We are bearing down on Christmas. A week from tomorrow evening is Christmas Eve. To be honest, I cannot believe it. The time, which was dragging over the past several months, has seemed to jump into hyperspace and it is making me quite dizzy.
Now, if only hyperspace would bring us to the end of the pandemic soon, that would be a big plus!
