I have been saying for quite some time that our educators should have been put on a priority to receive the COVID vaccine especially since so many people are pushing that they all be in-classroom. Today, I heard the following:
“School employees who text “ISTA” to 75049 will be put in a registration system from Meijer that is just for school employees. This same special registration system can be accessed online. We are excited to partner with Meijer to provide this information. ISTA and Meijer will also be working together over the coming weeks to provide school-based clinics for areas not close to a Meijer store location. Stay tuned.”
