I saw my family doctor this morning. Good appointment. Labs are good. I’ve lost five pounds since I’ve seen him last. Not exactly stellar but at least I didn’t gain any pounds. I see him again in six months
I saw my cardiologist in the afternoon. I went in for my 2:00 p.m. appointment. At 3:20 p.m., he finally came in to the exam room for three minutes. I see him again in four months for another check. Actually, I will be seeing him sooner as my battery in my pacemaker is near expiration and he will have to replace the unit.
All told, good appointments. I just wish my cardiologist saw his patients in a more timely manner. However, he is often late because of emergencies and I guess if I were one of his emergencies, I would want him to take care of me first and leave patients waiting in the exam room as well. That’s why I never complain to him. I just grumble about the wait afterwards to others. 🙂
