Last night we heard some very sad news: our band director, Mr. Mlynarski, had passed away. There are no arrangements to share at this time. As soon as arrangements are made, we will post them here. In the meantime, please pray for the repose of his soul and for consolation for his family and friends.
I have known Mr. M, as he was fondly called by his students, for forty-five years and can tell you that he lived and breathed music and that he loved his students so much. Nothing made him happier than to see his students excel. The only thing that could make him prouder than his students excelling was to see a student go into the profession.
Rest in peace, Mr. Mlynarski. You truly will be missed!
