Tonight ends the first quarter of the year. How in the heck did three months go by already? For that matter, how did it get to be 2022 already although that ship sailed three months ago! 🙂
Tomorrow begins our second quarter of the year and I am excited because it is also my first day “back to work” after my surgery a week ago. I will still need to take things a bit slower for awhile as I continue to heal. I see the doctor a week from today to get my bandage removed. I also have an appointment with the pacemaker department to be evaluated.
I’m excited about getting back to things but also more of a realist and know that my age and health demand that I slow down in order to heal well. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks?
