Last night, after the 5:30 p.m. Mass, we took Bishop McClory out to dinner for his anniversary. We went right down the street to Giovanni’s. He had never been there before and really enjoyed the meal. I think over half of the customers were parishioners! 🙂
While the evening was really nice, I got back and got to sleep later than normal. That, coupled with a scheduled 4:00 a.m. wake up — that actually turned into 3:30 a.m. as I got up at that time and didn’t want to fall back to sleep — made for a very long day for me.
I’m tired. Very tired. And I’m going to sleep. Thank God I’m not a sports fan. I don’t have to worry about missing the Super Bowl.
