I spent the day in Disney’s Hollywood Studios today. Main thing done was riding Mickey’s Runaway Railway. This is a POV from YouTube of the ride:
For dinner tonight, Fr. Brian and I went to Topolino’s Terrace. It is a really great place. I had white wine sangria, fresh made ricotta with tomato preserve and their house made dinner rolls, chestnut/mushroom soup, and a veal chop with potato. Absolutely fantastic!
Tomorrow, I’m spending the day in EPCOT and in the evening Fr. Brian and I are going to Morimoto of Asia for dinner at Disney Springs.
Fireworks are over and, quite frankly, so am I. g’night
