I had to preach at all the Masses this weekend since it was CSA Kick Off Sunday. So, after I finished speaking at the 12:00 Noon Mass, I came to the house and fixed a quick lunch. After lunch, I turned on some television but quickly got bored with that because there was something outside that I had not seen for a LONG time: the sun! 🙂
I grabbed a bucket, a sponge, and my Murphy’s Oil Soap and hit the deck furniture so that it is clean and ready for use this season. I think this might be the last season for this furniture. The wood is cracking and splitting all over the place. It is quite old now and falling apart. We’ll see what it looks like by the end of the summer. It might not go into storage. I might go bye bye.
However, at this point in time, I’m ready for the season. I watch lots of ball games from this furniture sitting right outside my deck’s living room slider.
