I fretted all day about the weather. It was rainy and foggy and it looked like it would continue throughout the day. I fretted because I was worried about all the children who were planning on trick or treating.
Well, lo and behold, around 4:00 p.m., the rain stopped and everything dried up. By the time trick or treat began, it was perfect conditions for the children to go out and about.
