This has been one long week. I had four funerals, three of them in the past two days. There was a funeral Monday, two yesterday and one this morning after a Pastoral Council meeting. Then, this afternoon, I had a wedding. After that were confessions and then evening Mass.
Tomorrow, I am talking at all the Masses because I’m doing the annual finance report this weekend.
I’m tired just thinking about all of it. I know tomorrow afternoon will be nice. Nothing planned. Will go out somewhere and grab lunch and then come home and do laundry and relax.
Right now, I’m going to post this and then go to bed. 4:15 a.m. comes awfully early when one is already exhausted.
