The home inspection for the condo I am interested in purchasing was this morning. I’m waiting for the inspection report to come back to me since I prepaid for the inspection. I’m nervous and yet so ready to own a place again. It’s been a few years since I sold my condo in Michigan City. It will be nice to have a place that is much closer to me that an hour’s drive. If you’re interested, by the way, this is the front of my soon-to-be new purchase.
