I’m sure a lot of people are happy that they have an extension until May 17th to get their taxes filed. Me? I’ve already filed and received my federal and state refunds.
On the condo front, there were some issues that need to be addressed and some costs that I am going to have to put in initially however things are moving along. Closing should be by the end of May.
