You know the song, “Here comes the sun, and I say, ‘It’s all right.'” Day Six began with a magnificent sunrise right off my balcony where, for the majority of the day, I spent my time either reading, drinking pop, listening to the water, or all of the above. 🙂

Life is good, sitting on the balcony and reading a book whilst sipping Diet Mellow Yellow.

While I was on the balcony, my stateroom attendant asked if he could clean the room. I said sure. When I came in, I found this surprise waiting for me. 😮

That wasn’t the end of the surprises. I went to Izumi, the sushi restaurant, for lunch. After I ate my meal, the staff came out and sang happy birthday to me.

The process was repeated at dinner tonight. The staff came out and sang to me as well.

I skipped the farewell show this evening. Instead, I went to my room and packed, taking time (about a half hour) to enjoy the sunset which was a spectacular as this morning’s sunrise. Thank you, Lord!

Tomorrow we arrive in Port Canaveral. I disembark the ship at 8:00 a.m. to catch the shuttle bus to Orlando Airport. My flight leaves shortly before 3:00 p.m. I’ll be back at the parish tomorrow evening.
To the MANY people who emailed, texted, or messaged birthday greetings to me on Facebook, thank you from the bottom of my heart! ♥
