Well, we’ve checked Advent Confessions off the Christmas Preparatory List today. We heard the school’s confessions (grades 4-8) this morning after the all-school Mass and we heard the adults of our parish this evening. It technically started at 7:00 p.m. I always start around 6:30 p.m. to accommodate the early arrivals. There were nine priests hearing confessions and we all heard solid for nearly and hour and a half.
To say we’re pooped would be an understatement. But, hey, it’s a great feeling to help so many souls draw closer to the Lord during these final days of Advent.
