It Was A Magic Kingdom Kind Of Day

When one visits Magic Kingdom, one must take the required shot of the castle. 🙂

First ride of the day was the Jungle Cruise

I hope they figure out the way out of their predicament in the end…

And there you have it, my friends:  the backside of water!

After the Jungle Cruise, we went next door to the Pirates of the Caribbean

After Pirates, the next ride was also “required” – The Haunted Mansion.  While on that ride, watch out for hitchhiking ghosts.

After the Haunted Mansion, we went to Peter Pan and saw Smee and Captain Hook.

Because the line at Peter Pan was moving way too slow, we bailed and went to the Hall of Presidents.

When we finished at the Hall of Presidents, we cut cross Kingdom and hit up the Carousel of Progress.  This is another “must do” for me.

When we got out of the Carousel of Progress, we wanted to go the Peoplemover but our reservation for Tony’s was in fifteen minutes.  Lunch first.

Lunch was good but the Peoplemover was still waiting for us.  So we we back and took it in.

Tron as seen from the Peoplemover.

When we got to the Magic Kingdom, it was right at opening.  The first rides were only 5-10 minute waits.  That is unreal.  Usually those waits are 50 minutes or more.  We got a lot done in short time.  Hey, we didn’t complain.

Tomorrow, Hollywood Studios.

g’night
