From texts to emails to people talking to me before/after this morning’s Mass, yes, I’m resting and trying to get over this bout of bronchitis.
I -am- feeling better. My voice was back minimally for Mass this morning but it was also back with range to lead singing. It wasn’t up to volume but it was quiet and on pitch. I take that as a little win.
The rest of the day I spent at the house resting except for an hour or so where I was “cleaning out my closet” in the office (queue the music video 🙂 ).
I’m hoping that tomorrow I will be stronger. There is a parishioner that I want to see and anoint. She has been put into in-home hospice. It is not time-critical so I don’t feel bad about not being able to go there right away but I don’t want to tarry too long either.
