I went to True BBQ this afternoon with my oldest brother. They open at 3:00 p.m. so we went there for a late lunch/early dinner. Monday’s special is their full slab of ribs at half price. There’s no way that you can eat a full slab, especially if you munch on their homemade chips beforehand. So, I had a half slab at the meal and brought the other half slab home minus its bones to make it easier and quicker to reheat.
The winds are blowing now and the snow is coming down and they’re still saying that we could get significant accumulation tonight and I’m like, “I don’t care. I’m ready for tomorrow.” 🙂
Be careful out there, those of you who need to be on the road tonight or tomorrow. They’re talking snow most of the day tomorrow as well. This will really be our first significant snow of the season. I picked a great week to still be on staycation.
