Why, when we know something is coming, do we not get as ready as possible for it? That seems to be a flaw in our human nature.
This is Holy Week. Easter is upon us in short order. And I’m so not ready!
Between all the things that need to be prepared and all the things going on inside of me, this time of year always does me in. No matter how much I help prepare others, I seem to short-change myself in preparation and Easter as well as Christmas leap out at me.
Well, maybe not really. But, it certainly feels that way sometime.
Well, Easter. Ready or not, here you come. Bring it on, my friend. Bring it on.
