The winds, all last night, throughout the day, and still present, are pretty wild. Add to that the cold as well as the coming “weather event” and it could end up being a pretty wild weekend. I feel for those who are trying to travel for Thanksgiving. I’m thinking that there are probably going to be more than a fair share of delays and/or cancelations because of the winds.
As we prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving tomorrow, let’s pray for all those who feel that they have nothing for which to be thankful. For the hungry, the homeless, the poor, and the dejected, I pray that they find the help and/or consolation that they need.
