No knowing how much snow we are going to get but it seems inevitable that we are going to get a winter storm and possibly get walloped. The worst of it, it seems, will be Saturday afternoon through Sunday. Yeah, weekend Masses. 😮
If you have to be out and about in the weather this weekend, monitor the situation. If roads are dangerous, stay home.
You know what? That includes coming to Mass. I don’t think Jesus gives out gold stars to people who get injured or killed because they went out on roads that were dangerous.
If Mass attendance this weekend looks bad, stay home and pray. I’d rather see you safe next weekend than in the hospital — or worse — this weekend.
