Well, today I officially became an old man. I registered for Medicare. Yep. We are required to sign up by age sixty-five and can sign up three months before. Given the delay in so many government programs because of the pandemic, I thought I’d best register as soon as possible so I did so this morning.
Registration was a breeze and it was all done online. I’ll wait and see when it is completed and approved.
Next step? Social Security in a few more years.
And then? Retirement.
