This has been a sad weekend for me. As you know, tomorrow is Mother’s Day. Well, yesterday was the 29th anniversary of my mother’s death and I guess coupled so close to Mother’s Day is giving me a real downer. It doesn’t help that I’m feeling awfully under the weather as well. I’ve been so congested and hacked with this weather. Yuck. Yuck. Yuck.
I’ll try to put on my happy face tomorrow as I greet all the mothers at Masses. I did this evening as well.
For now, I’m going to take a couple Tylenol and try to get some sleep. ‘Nite, all.
