I made it through the day thus far, though I don’t know how. I woke up at 5:30 a.m. to prepare for the day. I was in my office by 6:15 a.m. to film the daily morning video and to get ready for the 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 Noon Masses.
After the Noon Mass, I went to the house for a quick bite to eat (where’s the Windjammer Buffet when you need it! 🙂 ) and then went back to the church to introduce the Northwest Indiana Symphony Chorus. They performed the Messiah to get everyone into the holiday spirit.
I also found out this afternoon that my godmother has terminal cancer. I’m praying for her and will go over to see her Tuesday morning. Today and tomorrow are train wrecks in terms of schedules and she’s still in good enough shape to wait until Tuesday.
On the cruise, I shared with you several sunrise and sunset pictures. I thought I would share the sunset picture that I took yesterday evening from a different perspective — about 31,000 feet in the air.
g’night
