I turned it at a decent time last night hoping for a good night’s sleep and I was getting just that when . . .
All of a sudden, at midnight, the room’s alarm clock went off. Jolted me out of a sound sleep. It didn’t do that the night before and when I turned the lights on and examined the clock, the alarm switch was toggled to “off”.
Well, it won’t do that tonight, I assure you. It would be hard to do so unplugged from the wall and the backup battery removed from its guts. 🙂
This evening, we went to one of our favorite places for dinner: The Overlook in Leavenworth, IN. It’s about a forty minute drive from the Guesthouse but really worth the drive. And the scenery from the dinner table isn’t bad either.
Now that we’re back at the Guesthouse, it’s time to relax, unwind, pray, and eventually get ready to sleep.
