Yesterday I told you that I was meetinged out. And I was.
Since I had a “big” meeting yesterday, my day off, I decided that I was going to take today as my day off.
I planned on staying indoors and doing nothing since it was supposed to be another dark, cloudy, dreary, dismal day. And I did just that . . . almost.
I say almost because I did go out around 9:30 a.m. this morning to Great Clips in Munster. In ten quick minutes, I went from the Mad Scientist look to clean cut. It felt SO good.
I came back to the house and took a long, leisurely shower that also felt so good and then I vegged. I got on my computer and then I watched TV and then I got on my computer and then I watched TV. I think you get the picture.
Tomorrow will be back to work but today was the break I needed to look forward to going back to work.
