An Extra Hour To Sleep

Tonight’s the night!

Don’t forget to set your clocks BACK one hour when you go to sleep tonight.  This is the time to get that extra hour of sleep back that we lost when we set our clocks ahead in the spring.

When we set our clocks back, this is also a time to think about something else that is crucial to our safety:  smoke detectors.

It always saddens me to hear that someone’s life was lost in a fire because they were never warned about it due to the fact that either they did not have smoke detectors or the smoke detectors that they owned had dead batteries in them.  Unless your smoke detectors are wired into your house, batteries should be changed annually.
