I went to Don Quixote this afternoon — not of La Mancha, but, of restaurants. It is a Spanish restaurant in Valparaiso. The partners, Carlos and Elena, sponsored a charity benefit wine tasting and dinner. It was absolutely fantastic. They raised a LOT of money for the Visiting Nurse Association and Meals on Wheels of Porter County.
My oldest brother, Steve, was the one who asked me if I wanted to go with him to the meal. I drove there and back and we had a great time.
