I Think We All Hate It

The time change has to rank right up there with jet lag.  It’s only an hour of sleep lost.  Yeah, just keep saying that to yourself.  Meanwhile, our systems are exhausted and our energy often feels depleted.

It’s been a day of fighting to take a nap.  I’m just going to go to bed a little early tonight and hope my system resets itself by tomorrow.
