This afternoon, we went to the Munster Chamber meeting in the newly-opened Hyatt Place in Munster. Lunch was catered from Fiori, a recently-opened restaurant in the building that used to be Tru BBQ.
The Hyatt Place looked very spacious, bright, and airy. We were in the conference room which was very big and comfortable. I can only imagine that the room there would be really nice as well, though we didn’t see any guest rooms. The lunch was standard Italian fare. Very good, though I understand that they are very expensive. When I looked them up on their website, I decided that was not a place that I would be dining.
Some of the presenters were members of the entrepreneur’s group at Munster High School. They really have a lot on the ball.
All in all, a very productive and informative Chamber meeting.
