I met with my eye doctor this morning for my “long” appointment: Dilation, visual field tests, pictures of the optic nerves, et cetera.
The pressures in my eyes are still holding well. I’m sitting at 14 in both eyes. This is being held by using three different eye drops each day, some twice a day.
There was a bit more damage done to the optic nerve of my left eye. My visual field test was normal, though, so the damage still has not affected my vision.
The cataract in my left eye is starting to show some changes in one of the corners, probably due to my diabetes. The doctor said that was all normal and that there is nothing to worry about.
Next checkup is in four months. That is a quick check of the eye pressures.
