This morning, we made port in Valencia.
I have to tell you, it didn’t look too promising. We sailed through thunderstorms last night and this morning an hour before docking, it was still raining outside. By the time we docked, the rain had stopped but the skies looked uncertain and the forecast called for the possibility of rain throughout the day.
The day turned out bright and sunny, though. It was a bit cool, but sunny and bright.
We were second in today. The ship that was there before us was the Resilient Lady, one of Virgin Voyages ships. To be honest, I’m not sure I like her. The lines of the ship are way too “boxy” for me.
Tonight, before going to bed, we set our clocks back one hour since this is when the EU ends daylight saving time. Hey, I’m all for an extra hour sleep. Especially when I’m on vacation. 🙂
Tomorrow we port in Cartagena. More then.
g’night
