Improving

I really needed my therapy session this afternoon. (I also needed my pain pill this afternoon.) The therapist said that a lot of clients were saying the same thing. The cold, damp weather was doing a number to bone injury patients.  Ouch.

But I also had good news. She said that I am improving significantly. A “healthy” knee should be able to flex between 120-140 degrees. When she measured my bend this afternoon, I was at 132 degrees. She was quite pleased. (y)

And now I see more thunderstorms in our forecast.  My bones, my bones, my aching bones…
