That’s right . . . one more day and the school year officially will be over. The students will embark upon their summer vacation and we at the parish officially will kick into summer mode. That means getting ready for the annual summer festival, Vacation Bible School, and then readying the building for another school year.
There is absolutely “no rest for the wicked” and, as I have said many times, I must have really been wicked some time in my life because rest is always the last thing I ever get. 🙂
