Well, today was a very eventful day for me.
As you know, I rarely get or take a day off. Today, I did. I went to my condo in Michigan City. I came to get away; however, I also came for a reason.
At 11:00 a.m., I met with a realtor to put the condo up for sale. I have had it over twenty years but I rarely get to use it. It is too far away and I worry about it being unoccupied for such long periods. I also dread, more and more, going there and climbing the fourteen steep steps. My arthritic knees scream at me each time I do.
Friends have been asking, “Are you going to buy another place?” The answer to that question is, “Yes. Some day.”
I’m not even looking at this point in time. If I see something somewhere down the line, I will have some money to put down on the purchase. Until then, when I sell this place, I will put the money away “until”.
