Bishop Grutka had a slogan that he posted at Camp Lawrence: “Close to nature. Close to God.” I sure agree with that. Whenever I’m feeling a bit out of sorts, all I need to do is browse around outside for a bit and let God speak to me through His wonderful creation!
Some are at their end of their time and yet they are still splendid in their color and beauty. Some are just beginning to open and unfurl. All speak about the promise of a God who loves us so unabashedly.
